A Tate Builders designed and built project, this home incorporates favorite elements from many of our projects including the use of natural and reclaimed materials and offers the ultimate expression of a fully developed eyebrow roof system.

This comfortable, country retreat sits high on Peaked Hill in Chilmark, one of the highest buildable sites on the Island, and overlooks Lucy Vincent Beach and the ocean. Special features include a 50-foot interior free span, made possible by two significant carrying beams imported from British Columbia.
